Warfield Church is blessed to have Guy and Ruth Donegan-Cross joining us as our ministerial leads. They are almost here!
If you would like to come to

St Michael's Church at 7pm on Monday 29 September
then please fill in this Booking Form below (just to give us an idea of numbers).
[Children are welcome, but there won't be any specific activities prepared for them.]
Booking Form
You can book in whether you are a member of Warfield Church or not. If you are not a member, simply fill in your details. If you are a member, it's best to log in because many of your details will be filled in for you. (If you're not sure how to log in as a member, have a look at these 'How To Login' instructions.)

Firstly, you sign up as the 'booker', the person making the booking.

Then click "Next" to move down to the 'Who's Coming' section.

If you are coming to the event, (not just booking for others), you must add your own name first by clicking on the button with your name on it.

Then you can add the names of any other people who are coming with you. (If you are logged in, the form will suggest the names of other members of your family for you to click on.)
Please do not make bookings for other people unless they have asked you to do so.
When the booking process is complete we will send confirmation emails to all the people you have signed up as guests (provided you've given us an email address for them!)
