Eco Church 

For our St Michael's site we have signed up to Eco Church which is A Rocha UK's award scheme for churches in England and Wales who want to demonstrate that the gospel is good news for God's earth. [See A Rocha's Eco Church website here.]

Their survey allowed us to assess how well we measured up in:

• expressing our care for God's world in our worship and teaching;
• how well we look after our buildings and land;
• how we engage with our local community and in global campaigns;
• the personal lifestyles of our congregation.

We were delighted to reach a level that qualified for a Bronze award, and now we must work towards Silver.
