I'm New
Warfield Church charts its origins back to 1016 AD when Queen Emma granted permission for a chapel to be built on the site of the present Michael the Archangel Parish church.
Today, Warfield Church continues to meet at the parish church, but due to our desire to ensure that all our communities have the opportunity to connect to Jesus, we now have multiple congregations meeting:
08:30am Holy Communion - St Andrew's Church, RG42 1TU, led by Revd David Brown.
10:30am Worship and the Word - St Michael's Church, RG42 6EE, led by Revd David Chislett and its lay leadership team.
10:30am Worship and the Word - Whitegrove Primary School, RG42 3QS, led by its lay leadership team.
We also meet at Warfield School, Woodhurst, RG42 6BR on the first Sunday of each month for a TOGETHER service where we invite all congregations to worship together.
We support mission partners all over the world. One Church meeting in multiple locations bound together with a common commitment to communicate the Jesus story. Follow this link to go to a full list of our locations and services.
There are differences in the buildings we meet in and the size of our congregations, but all our services provide a warm welcome, great worship, and relevant talks. There are separate activities for children and young people at our 10:30am services.
We would love to see you at one of our Warfield Church congregations really soon.
If you require further information please drop us an e-mail at admin@warfield.org.uk or give us a call on 01344 886900. We look forward to seeing you soon.
